Half Term Training Friday 30th (if also booking Thursday)

The site will be open from 9.00. Please sign in when you first arrive.

Sessions on each day will depend on the weather conditions & the people & resources available. This training is overseen by the Senior Instructor (SI) / Chief Instructor John Williams, the Officer of the Day OOD Gail Head and the Safety Boat Lead (SBL) Jeremy

* RYA YSS training and Adult Sailing Scheme training is delivered by a DI (max ratio 1 to 9 sailors / 6 dinghies) to a plan agreed with an SI who is currently on site. Elements in sailing log books may be signed off after these sessions.

* Powerboat ttrainingis delivered by a Powerboat Instructor (max ratio 1 to 3). Elements in the PB1/PB2 schemes may be signed off after these sessions but a full assessment on a single day must be completed to sign off a certificate.

* Sessions may also include some free practice time which will be supported by a qualified PB2 or Safety boat driver (max ratio 1:12)
