As you know, Maidenhead Sailing Club is a members' club, run BY members FOR members! |
We are currently looking for volunteers to fill the following roles with a view to having these ratified at the 2024 December AGM, as per the Constitution*. |
General Purposes Committee (GPC) Treasurer Oversees the financial running of the Club, utilising the Xero accounting package. Manages bank accounts, payments, and third-party relationships (e.g., utilities). The Treasurer is supported by the Bookkeeper. Harbour Master Is responsible for coordinating all matters relating to the maintenance, planning and development of the Club's assets, facilitating any required maintenance work, organising and overseeing biannual work parties etc, reviewing and renewing annual maintenance contracts. Secretary Is responsible for organising and documenting all meetings of the GPC, planning and overseeing preparation for and documenting the Annual General Meeting, ensuring timely renewal of Club insurance policies, overseeing updates to the Club Constitution and Byelaws, and Club records, managing Club affiliations and licensing. |

Watersports Committee (WSC) Paddlesports Representative Acts as the representative of the Club Paddlesports community on our Watersports Committee, reporting updates, news, concerns to the Watersports Captain. |
